Rules for agency and operations use of VisaPro.
1. Service Intent
VisaPro is a B2B workflow platform for agency onboarding, assignment handling, document operations, payment checkpoints, and case tracking. Government visa decisions are outside platform control.
2. Account and Role Compliance
- Each organization must maintain accurate registration and licensing details.
- User credentials must not be shared across unauthorized personnel.
- Actions must comply with assigned role permissions.
3. Agency Conduct Requirements
Agencies must use lawful documentation, avoid false submissions, and comply with all applicable immigration and trade regulations in both source and destination jurisdictions.
4. Suspension and Access Restriction
Access may be suspended for policy violations, security incidents, legal risks, or unresolved compliance concerns. Reinstatement is subject to internal review.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of Bangladesh, without prejudice to mandatory protections or legal duties in other jurisdictions for global clients.
