Service Agreement
Commercial and service operation terms for VisaPro B2B clients.
1. Parties
This agreement applies between Falah Ventures and authorized agency or enterprise clients using VisaPro for visa workflow operations.
2. Service Deliverables
- Agency onboarding request and dual approval workflow.
- Assignment and case-status operations management.
- Manual payment status and fee handling flows.
- Template and pricing configuration support.
3. Client Responsibilities
Agency clients are responsible for lawful use, data accuracy, internal user governance, regulatory compliance, and obtaining all permissions required to submit end-client data.
4. Liability Boundaries
Platform services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and excludes embassy outcomes, third-party dependency failures, and force majeure events.
5. Corporate and Jurisdiction Notice
Falah Ventures is a private limited company in Bangladesh serving global B2B clients. Core contractual governance is under Bangladeshi law unless otherwise agreed in writing.
